Terms of Use

By booking a desk, lounge, or pass with City Discoverer EasyDesk, you agree to:

• 📋 Professional Use: Use the space for lawful, professional purposes only.
• ⏰ Honor Bookings: Honor your booking times and pass validity periods.
• 💰 Non-Refundable: Accept that booking fees are non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed.

Code of Conduct

We strive to build a welcoming, productive community. To ensure this:

• 🤝 Respect Others: Respect fellow coworkers' privacy, time, and space.
• 🔇 Noise Control: Keep noise at a reasonable level.
• 🏢 Follow Regulations: Follow health, safety, and building regulations.

Payments & Bookings

• ✅ Acceptance: Booking and payment are considered acceptance of all policies.
• 💳 Payment Required: Payments must be completed online or at our onsite POS system before use.
• ❌ No Refunds: No-shows or cancellations are non-refundable.
• 📅 Pass Usage: Pass holders must use their passes within the valid timeframe (Day/Week/Month).
